Support programme administration, including workshops, performances, competitions, examinations, and other academy events.
Serve as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and prospective customers, providing timely and professional support across multiple communication channels.
Prepare reports, customer communications, operational documentation, and maintain accurate administrative records.
Assist with billing administration, invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support smooth daily operations and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Support marketing administration, website updates, lead follow-ups, and continuously improve administrative processes and data accuracy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Administration, Customer Success, Customer Service, or related roles are welcome to apply.
Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks accurately.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work with a sense of urgency.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and comfortable using CRM systems.
Able to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with an international team.
