We advise energy, water and other regulated-industry clients, as well as governments, regulators and investors, on complex regulatory, policy and investment decisions. Our work includes price controls, regulatory strategy and submissions, utility business planning, market and incentive design, decarbonisation programmes, investment cases, and wider economic analysis.
