So we built the tools to fix both sides at once. Brands brief once, activate hundreds of creators, and see content live within 24 hours.

Next year, 10,000 creators will make a living from WePush. When a creator earns, a brand grows. When a brand grows, more creators earn. What you'll do:

• The bulk of your time: Be on camera and build formats that make WePush and SongPush visible on TikTok and Instagram 🎥
• Identify, develop, and produce content formats independently, from first idea to published post
• Translate less obvious material such as internal processes, performance data, and behind-the-scenes work into content people love
• Own TikTok and Instagram end to end: posting, community, and staying ahead of trends
• Work closely with the team to turn campaigns, creator stories, and company milestones into content
• Test formats continuously and adapt quickly based on performance

What you bring

• Exceptionally communicative: you're comfortable talking to a camera, an audience or a room
• Energetic with an edge. You have a voice and know when to use it
• A steady stream of ideas, more than there is time to produce
• A strong instinct for content and genuine enjoyment of being on camera
• The ability to spot, develop, and execute formats on your own, without a step-by-step brief
• Strong identification with TikTok, social media, and WePush as a brand
• Hands-on experience producing for TikTok and Instagram

This role isn't for someone waiting on a finished content calendar. We're still early-stage, not a polished scale-up, so processes are half-built, things change weekly, and you'll often figure out what works yourself instead of following a playbook.
