Strong verbal and written communication skills (e.g. reporting), with the ability to run workshops for information collation
Works on projects of moderately medium-complex scope, and able to work with intercompany teams
Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures
Assist with support of data center and application architecture
Assist with troubleshooting basic network issues and understands the administering of switches, routers, and firewalls with the assistance of the Nutanix Remote Resolver Team
Knowledge of backup, tape, and exchange infrastructures
Typically, 2-5 years of experience
Ability to assist with configuring routers and switches under the guidance of the Nutanix remote resolver team.

9. Training Partner FEs are required to complete a 1-hour online training course on basic Nutanix hardware replacement processes, provided free of charge by Hemmersbach which includes a short 20 question test. FE must have a pass rate above 90% in order to be a Qualified Technician. Partner must not send an FE to site that has not completed this training
