The Makarios Luxury Place is a master-planned, multi-billion naira luxury mixed-use real estate development sitting on approximately 34 to 40 hectares in Aiyeteju, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos. Envisioned by prominent entrepreneur and clergyman Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo, it is designed as a high-end "live, work, and play" mini-city along Lagos's rapidly expanding Lekki-Epe investment corridor. The estate is highly renowned for housing Sub-Saharan Africa’s first multi-sensory water display fountain, making it both a luxury residential hub and a cultural tourist landmark.
