Talent Coordinator

💼 6-Month Contract

We’re The Rec Hub – we embed brilliant recruitment professionals directly into some of the world’s most exciting tech and scale-up companies. As a Talent Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting high-volume hiring and delivering a great candidate experience across busy recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience

• Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews, managing calendars and meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones

• Maintain accurate ATS data and support recruitment reporting and metrics

• Chase feedback and keep hiring processes moving efficiently and on track within agreed timelines

• Support recruiters with high-volume booking activity, ensuring priorities are managed effectively during busy periods

• Assist with ad-hoc recruitment projects, process improvements, and other operational tasks as required

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, candidate experience, or a similar high-volume environment

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of activity

• Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities and deadlines

• Confident, proactive communicator with a “get it done” attitude

• Strong calendar management and scheduling skills

• Comfortable working with Greenhouse ATS platform and scheduling tools

• You thrive in a high-volume environment where organisation, responsiveness, and follow-through are essential
