You'll support our Localization Management team not only with day-to-day tasks like coordinating and tracking localization requests, but also help us bring AI-powered tools into how we run translation projects. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, our translation team, and external partners.

• Support the Localization Management team in handling localization requests from stakeholders across the company, from marketplace content to internal communications.
• Create, assign, and close localization projects in memoQ, keeping every request on track from kickoff to delivery.
• Build and maintain our terminology databases so translations stay consistent across markets.
• Perform formal QA on translated content, even in languages you don't speak yourself, checking for issues like missing HTML tags, punctuation errors, or double spaces.
• Manage and align style guides and project instructions per language, keeping them up to date as our Localization team's processes evolve.
• Check texts formally before and after publication to make sure everything goes live polished.
• Help us test and refine AI-powered workflows that support localization project management.

• You're studying translation, linguistics, or a related field.
• You can judge the formal quality of a translation, even without speaking the language yourself.
• Your eye for detail catches spelling and grammar mistakes that others might miss.
• You're comfortable with digital tools and common office applications, and you pick up new systems quickly.
• You're curious about AI-powered tools and enjoy exploring how they can support translation and localization work.
• You bring proactive thinking, team spirit, and self-motivated follow-through.
• You're flexible and open to evolving processes as our team's workflows grow.
